INCLUDESuse of truck, tape, moving blanket, 1 roll shrink wrap, 4-10 wardrobe boxes, disassemble & reassemble furniture, 4-6 rolls of floor protectors all for use while moving (Wardrobe boxes, moving blankets, and floor protectors are only for use while moving and not to be kept)

EXTRA CHARGE FOR: regular moving boxes, Gas/Fuel charge depending on distance, piano moving, extra shrink wrap, additional hours, double driving time & driver return fee may apply depending on the distance.

  1. Industry-standard DOUBLE DRIVE TIME applies. 

  2. Pianos are subject to extra charge, contact us for details.

  3. Moving trucks are 26 ft in size.

  4. We issue C. O. I. (Certificate of Insurance) upon request. Processing time 2 business days.

  5. All payments are non-refundable.

  6. The customer will be responsible for parking tickets if no parking space is reserved for moving trucks.

  7. Dragon Sea Moving is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date and time.

  8. Dragon Sea Moving is not responsible for delays or trip terminations due to weather or unsafe road conditions (i.e. Heavy rain, accidents, road construction or other circumstances beyond the company's control, etc.)

  9. Coverage for loss and damage is $0.60/LB, lost coverage will only apply to declared items. Please keep all valuables with you or in your personal vehicle at all times.

  10. Dragon Sea Moving is not responsible for improperly packaged items that may break due to packing by the customer.

  11. Minimum hours charge apply. The minimum overtime increment is 15 minutes.

  12. Dragon Sea Moving is not responsible for personal injury of people or pets that interfere, stand in the way of, during the duration of this contract agreement.

  13. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond registered weight capacity. The truck cannot drive over the truck speed limit, mostly 55 mph in California.

  14. Method of payments can only be made in Cash; Credit Cards; Cashier's Check. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

  15. For Non-Present Customer / Business, Credit Card on file / Prepayment is required.

  16. Possible delays for afternoon appointment: The afternoon appointment could start anywhere between 2 PM to 3 PM. The customer will be informed if there are any scheduling changes. We will try our best to be there on time.


  18. For all services, we will apply a $10 per hour per person mandatory gratuity. This additional mandatory tip is so we can keep our prices competitive and our drivers happy!
